In 2011, while an undergrad at the University of Florida, Dr. Bertrhude Albert co-founded P4H Global.

P4H Global is a nonprofit organization aiming to transform Haiti’s educational system by equipping teachers with research-based strategies that impact student success. Since 2011, P4H has trained over 8,000 teachers and is the largest teacher development organization in Haiti. In 2022, P4H was awarded the UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Excellence in Teacher Development.
